Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
These quick and easy lettuce wraps are perfect for lunch or a busy weeknight dinner. I'm always looking for a way to use ground chicken/turkey. Personally I think it can be fairly bland, but this recipe really bumps up the flavor.
I love the filling, it is so easy with pantry stock items. You can add a side of rice or steamed vegetables to round out the meal.
