Blueberry Raspberry Lemon Sorbet

This super quick sorbet is absolutely refreshing on a hot summer day. I was grocery shopping one day and the produce area was overflowing with fresh berries, so I thought I'd make a frozen dessert. My whole family loves this sorbet.

You can still enjoy a treat but not at the expense of your health.

This sweet sorbet is utterly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen
  • zest from one lemon
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. You can eat immediately or freeze. I prefer to freeze it for 1-2 hours.
  3. You can top with fresh berries or cacao nibs.
