Deconstructed Chicken Kiev
I love dishes that are tried and true - because they taste amazing. But traditional Chicken Kiev can be a little bit of a pain. It isn’t difficult, but on a weeknight I just want to get a healthy tasty dinner prepared for the family.
It came to me that I can deconstruct it.
I can add vegetables to make it a one skillet dish.
I was all in.
Traditional Chicken Kiev was originally developed in Russia, Veal Kiev was created in France. It dates back to the early 1900s. Whichever version you make it is delicious and comforting.
